In the main arena you’ll see you’re host who will explain things and then you’ll be chucked into rooms with other people and a few questions to help steer your chat and make meeting each other fun.

It’s that simple.

Start every session by saying your name as it appears in the CEC Directory so that you can each find each other afterwards if you want to connect.

Grab a pen and paper and take note of who you’re speaking to so that you can find them afterwards should you wish.

When you go into each session start the questions and spend about a minute each answering them. You’ll have 3 questions per round and 7 min so keeping time is super important.

After each round, you’ll come back to the main room giving you time before the next round for a drink refresh, costume change or toilet break.

We’ll move quickly to keep it fun.
