Our team works remotely, but you will have to be available to work on U.S. Pacific Time–friendly hours, which may be difficult from Europe or Asia.
We’re excited to be hiring a full-stack product engineer to join our team! Our dream candidate would have the following qualities:
True full-stack engineer — You’ll be responsible for all aspects of product engineering, from designing data models to implementing UX details. You’ll enable the rest of the product team to efficiently ship new features by building and supporting reusable UI primitives and defining our UI language.
Impact-driven product thinker — You will be deeply involved in every aspect of the product development process, from prioritization & scoping to design. You will constantly need to weigh the need to invest in long-term improvements against the urgency of getting features out the door. We’ll rely on your independent judgment to make reasonable choices.
Startup mentality — Startups are fast-paced, ever-changing, and uncertain. You will wear many hats. You’ll at least need to be okay with that – and ideally, you’ll embrace it.
Belief in our mission — Community should play an active role in your life. You understand our vision and believe in the company’s potential to realize it.
